As my client’s Social Marketing Manager, I have been responsible for building processes from the ground up, as well as executing all daily operations for 10+ restaurant social media accounts, organizing a HubSpot CRM with over 30,000 contacts, onboarding and managing new marketing team members, and launching influencer campaigns as well as targeted email promotions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Established the social media presence for 4 restaurant clients with over 14,000 collective followers, maintaining a cohesive brand image across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

    • Increased total impressions by 22% and engagement rate by 10% (month over month).

    • Responsible for selecting photos, designing graphics, and writing all copy for daily posts across platforms

    • Developed and executed social media strategies that drove brand awareness, increased online engagement, and generated leads for all four restaurants

    • Reached out to and collaborated with influencers to create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and photo content highlighting the restaurants’ menu items and special events

    • Managed influencer relationships, including contract negotiations, communication, and coordination of content creation

    • Conducted research to identify potential influencers who align with the restaurant's brand values and target audience

    • Extensive experience in utilizing HubSpot as an email marketing automation platform (along with CRM) to set up and manage automated workflows, resulting in improved efficiency and increased customer engagement.

    • Demonstrated ability to segment email lists based on demographics and user behavior to personalize content and optimize campaign effectiveness.

    • Created compelling email copy that aligns with brand guidelines and effectively retargets customers.

    • Designed visually appealing emails, ensuring consistency with brand identity and maintaining a professional aesthetic.

    • Built and documented processes in collaboration with the Operations Manager in Trainual and Notion

    • Provided targeted training and resources to to other team members, elevating team skill set and delegating tasks
