Vault of Midnight Grand Opening Event Campaign
In my role as Q+M Agency's Social Media Content Manager, my responsibilities included forming brand look, feel, and voice for my clients, as well as scheduling and organizing all content.
My largest project was a social media campaign promoting the grand opening of Vault of Midnight, a local comic book shop's new location in downtown Detroit.
Increase awareness and excitement for the new store, attract attendees to the grand opening event.
I accomplished these goals using Facebook event promotion, email campaigns, Instagram posts, a new landing page on their website, and radio ads. I also worked with Vault of Midnight’s owner to hire a freelance photographer to attend the event with me and shoot promotional photos and video.
In the two-month campaign period leading up to the grand opening, website traffic increased 89%, and post reach grew from 1-2k to 41k and 125k on Facebook and Instagram, respectively.
175 people RSVP'd for the Facebook event, and the client saw a record-breaking number of sales on the day of the grand opening.
